The monthly meetings feature activities with mentors and students to discuss careers and student life. Each month features an activity like making gift baskets for children in need and work building resumes and interview practice.

Students are positive about the program, Gabe Loor, an 11th grader says, “it is good for students and allows students opportunities to get better jobs in the future.” This is true because of all the practice students have for future careers and networking skills.

Students are developing strong bonds with their mentors. Kelvin Blackman, 11th grade, says, “I love that my mentors give good feedback on my resume” while Paul Daglow, 11th grade, raves about the program as a whole, “It’s great. I like everything about Morgan Stanley.”
